Return, refund & exchange policy

At Crazy Safety, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your product, please contact us so that we can work together to find a solution. 

If, after considering our assistance and support options, you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, we will issue a refund for the total amount of the item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

In order to process a return, you must fill out this form to provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. The product being returned must also be unused and in its original packaging.

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

Yes, we will accept returns on unused products in their original packaging. We urge you to be mindful when shopping and returning as every shipment emits a carbon footprint that we would like to reduce.

What if my item is damaged?

If  you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us through this form immediately so we can investigate the issue.
